We are excited that you have come across our page. We’d like to tell you a little bit about the Emmanuel group at Grace Mission Ministries.
What is Emmanuel?
We are a relational group of believers consisting of graduate students, working professionals, married couples, and families in Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill.
What does Emmanuel do?
We invest in the spiritual growth of our community as we celebrate and spread God’s love. We seek to build gospel-focused relationships within and to serve God’s kingdom throughout our community.

What are Emmanuel’s goals?
- To strengthen and disciple young adults through small groups
- To serve and provide for the spiritual and physical needs of our community
- To build up a community that is centered on the gospel of Jesus Christ
How can I get involved with Emmanuel?
- Small groups: We have 4 exciting small groups that meet throughout the week. Each small group is designed to help you deepen and strengthen a relationship with God and with others. Since small groups are structured around time and location, please click on any of the small groups listed on the Young Adult Discipleship
- Friday Night Fellowships: Emmanuel large group gets together once a month for a great time of food, games, activities, and fellowship. Please subscribe to our listserve by sending an email to gmccemmanuel@googlegroups.com with the subject, Subscribe.
- Community service projects: We are currently involved in monthly projects with Durham Rescue Missions. We are also planning on expanding into volunteer work with Durham Literacy Program and the local Lakewood YMCA. Please visit the Get Involved page for more information.
