GMCC College Group
Purpose – Why do we exist?
GMM’s College Group exists to produce Kingdom workers who faithfully and fervently serve the Church and proclaim the name of Christ in all aspects of their lives, both in college and beyond.
Schedule of Upcoming Events
Check out the College Group calendar for all campus events.
Friday Night Fellowship
Our college group meets on Friday evenings at a nearby, off-campus location for worship, prayer, and bible study. Friday night fellowship is meant to encourage students from UNC, Duke, NC State, Meredith and the Triangle area to come together for true, Biblical fellowship and teaching. As a part of our college group, you will get to meet new friends from other schools and grow in your relationships with them over the next few years. Over the course of the academic year, programs will include valuable Bible studies, engaging speakers, and plenty of fun activities.
Small Groups and Personal Discipleship
Each member of our college fellowship is encouraged to become a part of a campus small group consisting of one upperclassman small group leader and 3-5 of your classmates. Small groups are meant to be an extension of the college fellowship into your weekly life for encouragement, prayer, sharing, and accountability. Our hope is that each small group will develop into a family-away-from-home on campus that will share in your joys and blessings as well as walk and pray with you in your burdens and trials.
